You will need:

-1/2 kg minced meat 1 baguette soaked in white wine, a little white wine salt (instead of liquamen i.e. salted fish sauce that probably served as a substitute for salt) 3 tablespoons pine nuts, a little parchment, fresh pepper.

Ηow to:

Mix the minced meat well with the bread. Add the spices and continue kneading the minced meat. As soon as the minced meat is ready, make the burgers in which we put the pine nuts. Bake in a non-stick baking pan in the oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with capers and pine nuts.
