At Aretousa Wines & Spirits, we like to be transparent about everything we do. When it comes to buying products online, shipping is the most important aspect, and that’s why we take great care in shipping and handling your order using only 100% recycled packaging material.
Re-shipping
If a package gets returned to us after three failed delivery attempts, we can only re-ship the wine upon payment of a re-shipping fee. Shipping wine is extremely expensive, we are sorry about this, but we have no other choice. Please make sure there's always someone at the address you enter as your shipping address.
Important Compliance Requirements
The carriers we might occasionally use can only deliver wine to customers who are 21 years or older.
Placed an order. What next?
1. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order summary.*
2. As soon as your order ships from the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
3. Please track your package using the tracking service.
4. The carrier will attempt delivery a maximum of 2 times. After 2 delivery attempts, your package will be sent back to our warehouse.**
*Please ensure your email address is correct, otherwise, you will not receive the order and shipping confirmation emails.
**If delivery is attempted 2 times with no success or if you fail to retrieve your package at the carrier depot by the stated deadline, the shipping fee will not be refunded to the customer.
STANDARD DELIVERY
FREE delivery, 7 days a week (excluding public holidays) on all orders 49 euros or more.The majority of orders will be delivered within 3-6 days in Athens area.When you place your order, you can add additional delivery instructions to your order to help your driver deliver your parcel without any delay. Simply fill in the box titled 'Add a note for your delivery driver here' on the checkout page. You can find this box at the bottom of the checkout page in the 'Add delivery instructions' section.
Delivery Charges
The standard delivery charge in the is just 5.00 euros and applies to each delivery address in mainland Greece.
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER 50 euros.
Deliveries are carried out either by our own dedicated drivers or by our wine specialist, National Courier company and are usually fulfilled within 1 and 5 working days of order. You will be notified via email by the courier company of what day your order will be delivered and also of a tracking number that can be used to track your parcel here - Track My Parcel
If you are not in when we try to deliver, a card will be left inviting you to call to re-schedule or collect from a local depot to you.
