At Aretousa Wines, we are dedicated to providing high-quality wines and excellent customer service. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may cancel or return it according to the following guidelines.


Order Cancellation

  • To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet started the shipping process from our side (i.e., before it is handed over to the courier company).

  • The shipping process starts on the same day for orders placed by 14:00 and on the next business day for orders placed after 14:00.

  • If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, and if you do not wish to receive the products, you will be charged the shipping costs.


Product Returns

  • To return an order, please contact us within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • If you have paid via bank transfer or card and the cancellation is accepted, the amount will be refunded to your account within 20 days.

  • Any applicable bank fees and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
